Shipping and returns

We use PostNL for our shipments. If you order before 2 p.m., your products will be shipped the same day with PostNL and delivered the next day. Please note that orders are not shipped on Saturdays and Sundays, so orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

The delivery costs below are always updated in the shopping cart. aThe costs shown in the shopping cart are the most current.

For hygienic and food safety reasons, you can only return non-food products. If a product unexpectedly becomes damaged or does not arrive in the desired quality, please contact our customer service at info@chocolaad.nl.
